It was so fun to spend time with this family of boy/girl twins
. As a mother of twins myself, it was so neat to share pregnancy and baby experiences with my new friend, Jen (mommy of these adorable twins). Their twins made a surprise appearance about 3 months before they were due and after a couple months, they were able to come home. Their babies’ personalities reminded me soooo much of my own boy/girl twin’s newborn personalities. Both of our baby girls are strong and spunky. Both of our baby boys were/are more laid back. So, while a typical newborn session is preferably held at 5-10 days after birth, sometimes our own plans have to make some alterations
. So, while these precious babies were about 3 months old for their first photo session, they did great. I just love love the family images below. It is so neat to be able to look back and compare their size at this age vs even at 6 months, 12 months… and much older (Like mine who are now 5 and growing sooo tall!).
